What exactly is included in the bundle?

Photography (two shooters), videography (multi-cam 4K), DJ + MC (ceremony through reception), and a modern open-air photo booth with unlimited prints — all covered by one team with unlimited continuous coverage.

What does 'unlimited continuous coverage' actually mean?

We arrive when your day begins (typically getting-ready) and stay through the send-off. No hourly cap, no per-hour overage fees, no clock-watching during your last dance. One flat package price.

What regions of NY do you cover?

Our home base is Rochester. We regularly travel to Buffalo, Syracuse, and the Finger Lakes (Seneca, Cayuga, Keuka, Canandaigua). Destination weddings outside Upstate NY are available with a travel-inclusive quote.

Can I book only one or two services instead of the bundle?

The bundle is what we do best — and it's almost always cheaper than booking a-la-carte. That said, reach out and tell us what you need; we'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.

How far in advance should I book?

Most couples book 10–18 months ahead, especially for May–October weddings in the Finger Lakes. Dates 6–9 months out may still be available — reach out and we'll check.

What's your deposit and payment schedule?

A 25% retainer reserves your date. The remainder is split into milestones leading up to your wedding. We send a clear written contract before any payment.

What happens if a team member is sick or unavailable?

Because we're a team — not a solo vendor — we have backup talent and gear. Your wedding always gets full coverage, no exceptions.

How long until we get our photos and video?

Photo galleries deliver in 4 weeks. Highlight video films deliver in 8–10 weeks. Some teaser images and clips go out within a few days.

Do you cover events that aren't weddings?

Absolutely — corporate galas, milestone parties, fundraisers, brand launches, mitzvahs. Same bundle, custom-fit production plan.
