- Photography (two shooters), cinematic 4K videography, DJ + MC from ceremony through reception, and a modern open-air photo booth with complete prints — all from one team with complete continuous coverage.
- What does 'complete continuous coverage' mean? +
- We arrive when your day begins (typically getting-ready) and stay through the send-off. No hourly cap, no per-hour overage fees, no clock-watching during your last dance. One flat package price.
- What areas of Upstate NY do you serve? +
- Our home base is Rochester. We regularly travel to Buffalo, Syracuse, and the Finger Lakes (Seneca, Cayuga, Keuka, Canandaigua). Destination weddings outside Upstate NY are available with a travel-inclusive quote.
- How far in advance should we book? +
- Most couples book 10–18 months ahead, especially for May–October weddings in the Finger Lakes. Dates 6–9 months out may still be available — reach out and we'll check your date.
- Can I choose my own photographer, videographer, and DJ? +
- Yes — you personally select your photographer, videographer, and DJ based on your style. We give you our top recommendations and use planning tools to match you with the right team for your vibe, vision, and energy.
- Will you really be able to attend our event regardless of the weather? +
- Yes. If you work with a company that has only one or two photographers, what happens if they get sick or stuck behind a car accident? We have multiple full-time staff available as backups in case the worst happens. We're going to be there, no matter what.
- How far do you travel? +
- Our standard service areas are Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and the Finger Lakes — but we're happy to travel anywhere your love takes you. Wine Country, an Adirondacks mountaintop, a beachfront resort — destination weddings across New York and beyond are welcome. Travel within our core markets is included; outside, we provide a simple custom travel quote.

From photography and cinematic videography to DJ entertainment, day-of coordination, and photo booth rentals, our team serves every couple with dedication and zero time limits.
- How long until we get our photos and video? +
- Photo galleries deliver in 4 weeks. Highlight video films deliver in 8–10 weeks. Some teaser images and clips go out within a few days of your wedding.
- Can I book only one or two services instead of the bundle? +
- The bundle is what we do best — and it's almost always cheaper than booking a-la-carte. That said, reach out and tell us what you need; we'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.
